| This
traditional, rustic-style villa is situated on a hillside in rural Algarve with
breath-taking and uninterrupted views of the sea, mountains and coastal towns.
Yet Faro Airport is just fifteen minutes away, as are the beaches, golf courses
and other sporting facilities.
An
idyllic location where one can have the best of all worlds, excellent maid service,
relaxing stress-free seclusion, golden beaches nearby and some of the best Golf

Entrance Hall, Sitting Room/Lounge, Conservatory/Dining Room
A large entrance
hall leads into the living area, which has a sitting-room and a conservatory-style
dining and reception room overlooking the pool from which you can enjoy the beautiful
views. Two log fires and a unique under-floor heating system provide heating when
necessary.
Kitchen
The antique pine kitchen is part open-plan
so that whoever is in there can join in the fun, with easy access to the dining
area. It is very well equipped with generous refrigeration, micro-wave, dishwasher
and gas hob/fan assisted oven. There is plenty of glassware, crockery and cutlery,
etc.
Patio
Through the French windows you enter a part-shaded patio where you may dine al
fresco and enjoy the sun. This is also everyone's favourite place for breakfast
or a last drink in the evening! Bedroom
1 and Bedroom 2
There is a family suite consisting of a double room with
en suite shower and toilet and adjoining smaller bedroom 2, containing two large
bunk beds. Entertainment:
Satellite TV, CD/Tape Deck and Video in the living area.

Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5
At the lower level, the Pool divides
the two wings of the villa which contain three other bedrooms, each with its own
bathroom. Each bedroom has french windows which open onto the poolside.The two
bedrooms on the right-hand-side have twin beds and the other bedroom on the left
has a double bed. There are two cots available for infants.
Swimmimg
Pool
The private pool forms the centre-piece of the beautifully designed
villa. There are plenty of sunbeds and seating arrangements with a table and seats
under a shaded area. Garden
There is a lawned area below the pool terrace edged with colourful plants and
bushes, including a pomegranate tree. Barbecue
In the garden, just a few steps down from the pool, is the magnificent Portuguese-style
barbecue. It is rather unusual as it incorporates a traditional bread oven for
those who would like to experiment with local cooking methods!

fans to supply cool air.

Courses at Vilamoura, Vila Sol, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo. Location
Only 45mins from the Spanish border and 2hrs 30mins from Lisbon Beaches
Golden beaches within a 15 minute drive. Villamoura
The famous Villamoura Marina is within 15 minutes drive. Local
Amenities
All tastes are catered for in the local restaurants. A list
of restaurants which may be recommended is kept in the villa and updated regularly.
These are all within easy reach and any new 'finds' or comments on existing venues
are welcomed.

Extras
: | The
rate for the villa includes maid service, laundry, linen, towels and electricity
and gas.
The long serving housekeeper/maid, Natalia, works Monday to Friday
and until midday on Saturday. She does all the cleaning, laundry and ironing required
by visitors. By arrangement she is happy to baby-sit if required. Towels and bedlinen
are also provided.
